At ElixirX, we are committed to delivering your system and supplements with the same precision and care that defines our products.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because ElixirX systems involve advanced components and quality inspection prior to shipment, certain units may require additional preparation time. If extended processing is required, you will be notified directly.

Supplement cartridges and replacement filters typically ship within 1–3 business days, subject to availability.

Shipping Methods

ElixirX systems ship via insured ground freight or premium carrier service depending on product size and destination. Smaller components and supplements ship via standard or expedited parcel services.

Shipping speed options (when available) are displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines begin once the order has been processed and fulfilled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, destination, and selected delivery method. Promotional free shipping offers, when available, apply only to qualifying items and regions.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. For installations requiring freight coordination, a delivery appointment may be required. Customers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery at the provided address.

International Shipping

International availability may vary. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Responsibility

ElixirX is not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please verify your address prior to placing your order.

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we may assist promptly.
