3. Orders & Payment

4. Installation & Use Responsibility
Certain ElixirX systems require professional installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

ElixirX is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain the system.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided. Any visible shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility, restocking fees, and refund policies are governed by the ElixirX Return Policy. Systems that have been installed or used may not qualify for return.
Supplement cartridges and consumable products are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Warranty Limitation
ElixirX products may include a limited warranty as outlined in the applicable warranty documentation provided with your purchase.
