The Activated Carbon stage removes chlorine, organic compounds, and biological elements before water reaches the Reverse Osmosis membrane. This pre-filtration protects the membrane from premature degradation and ensures optimal contaminant rejection. The RO membrane then performs molecular-level refinement, reducing dissolved solids and microscopic impurities that standard filters cannot capture.
This replacement membrane is engineered specifically for ElixirX systems. It is calibrated to match system flow rates, pressure requirements, and downstream hydrogen infusion architecture. Generic membranes may fit dimensionally, but they are not tuned for the performance balance required to support controlled supplement dosing and hydrogen enhancement.
